Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible to ensure effective coordination of sales activities . The role requires to liaise with customers?to understand their needs, execute customers? orders and ensure delivery on timely manner.

  • Receives and executes customers? orders as per company procedures and customers agreements.?
  • Informs and expedites procurement team for the supply of unavailable products.?
  • Supports the smooth and efficient operation of the company logistics and supply/delivery chain processes.
  • Maintains and updates all information related to purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes as per company set rules and procedures.?
  • Assists the Corporate Salesperson on responding to customer inquiries and showroom visits when needed.
  • Maintain a filing system for all related invoices and sales transactions as per company set guidelines.
  • Prepares and submits sales progress reports.
