Job Description

Reporting and budgeting supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:The Budgeting & Reporting supervisor will support and be responsible for analyzing,recommending, and reporting on budgetary accounting and financial records, by reviewing andpreparing budget amendments and other accounting entries in conformity with generally acceptedaccounting principles and the company policies and proceduresKey Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage Budget models and process for departments and for the entire
  • company
  • Analyze financial information to ensure all operations are within the approved budget
  • Supervise actual vs budget analysis, sales, GP, S&M expenses and Predict daily sales and GP trend
  • Suggest cost savings and spending improvements process that increase profits
  • Prepare profitability reports by costumers, MGrp, channel and by category manager
  • Supervise expenses analysis reports of logistics, promos and other overheads
  • Manage costing tools and review actual posting for cost centers and profit centers
  • Prepare Consolidated statements and any Ad-hock required by management
