Quality Specialist Coatings & Insulation - Offplots . Leads the monitoring and oversight of the multiple EPCs Insulationand Coatings Contractor Teams field planning, coordination, andexecution activities within designated area of responsibility across alldisciplines.. Appraises the performance of the OffPlots Insulation and CoatingsContractor Teams in safety, quality, cost (as applicable) and schedule.. Evaluates field change proposals by the OffPlots EPCs Insulation andCoatings Contractor Teams to manage the NFE Onshore Projectsmanagement of change process.. Prepares and provides routine verbal and written progress reports tothe NFE Onshore Project Construction Heads for LNG Tanks, Pipelines,Sulphur Tanks, Waste-Water Treatment Plant and the ConstructionHead Pipelines/Civil and updates S-curve performance of thecontractor with analysis to achieve progress.. Ensures that the EPCs Insulation and Coatings Contractor Teamsdevelop, implement, and sustains its Safety and Quality program atsite.. Assist the EPCs Contractor in the coordination of activities betweensubcontractors and SIMOPS with the operating facilities . Bachelor or Associates degree in Engineering or Science. Recognized degree in engineering or construction management,and or prior work experience or apprenticeship leading to athorough understanding of the knowledge described above.. NACE 3 (or equivalent). . Minimum ten (10) years experience in construction and projectexecution. Experience in major Construction Projects (including brown-fieldwork) with total capital expenditure USD$1B.
