Job location: MakkahAbout the roleThe role will require the Mall Manager to fulfil the following duties for the Mall in Makkah:

Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rates
Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure a high level of customer service is being delivered
Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms
Scouting for prospective lessees
Directing guided tours of each rental
Undertake a condition report in accordance with the lease and prepare a report highlighting all items that require immediate attention that can be issued to the he client and the occupier prior to the lease finishing
Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements
Making sure that regular PPM?s are undertaken in accordance with the contract schedules and all actions are dealt with promptly
Addressing and recording all rule violations
Renewing lease agreements, if desired
Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements
Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees deposits, ensuring that the units remain compliant, before, during and afterwards
Ensuring that rent is collected on time
Make sure by regular checks that the leases? have not underlet the units
