Then come to DHL Express Lebanon, and join our team of Motivated People; our Insanely Customer Centric Culture and become a Certified International Specialist!YOUR TASKSThe Marketing Analyst & Sales Trainer ?s main responsibility is to support with the development and implementation of market leading communications, and promotions through all elements of the Marketing Mix, executed both internally and externally. Furthermore, the job holder is required to manage and deliver required sales training to the commercial team. The role also entails producing and conducting analysis of various Commercial reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as well as supporting the Senior Management Team, Sales, Customer Service or Country Manager with various other reporting requirements.Main Tasks:

  • Manage marketing campaigns for both the Retail and Enterprise channels at all levels from initial briefing through to execution of communication (internal / external).
  • Manage all social media platforms with the support of the company?s digital marketing agency.
  • Support Country Manager, Sales Team and Senior Management Team with reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Support and assist Country Manager on an adhoc basis to help deliver all marketing activity ensuring all communication strategies are met.
  • Arrange Customer Hospitality in line with sales and marketing objectives and in conjunction with Marketing Manager.
  • Produce and drive internal communication plan and strategy in conjunction with Marketing Manager, HR and other Functional Managers across the business.
  • Organize PR activities to maximize company?s exposure at minimum cost.
  • Organize sponsorship suppliers to ensure that sponsorship events meet specific objectives.
  • Implement cost effective give-away strategy including purchase and distribution, ensuring optimum customer relationships.
  • Support Country, Sales, and Customer Service Manager to develop and update Sales and Marketing promotions resulting in optimum revenue performance.
  • Post campaign evaluation and research as and when required ? ROI Analysis
  • Help with the organization of customer and sporting events to support the business needs of reaching desired audience thus raising brand and product profile.
  • Develop corporate literature and advertising in line with regional and LB design, copy, branding and quality standards.
  • Organization of Media Purchase and placement ensuring quality, timeliness and progressing relationships with media suppliers as part of position development.
  • Ensure filing, maintenance and distribution of marketing material including competitor information and DHL literature.
  • Support the sales team through lead generation to increase revenue.
  • Run competitive analysis , and make recommendations to the commercial team on how to maintain and generate new business.
  • Works cooperatively with others including Sales Administrator to achieve target and objectives. Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues. Supports group decisions.
  • Ensure effective reporting of all activities to Commercial Manager.
  • Work Location: Airport Head Office.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and deliver work on time and budget.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and long-term projects effectively.
  • Must possess a creative and analytical ability.
  • Excellent PC skills including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Experienced in creating and analyzing commercial reports.
  • Able to work as part of a motivated team.
  • Ability to develop good internal working relationships.
  • Business degree with Marketing specialization will be an advantage
