Job TitleDirector of Sales and Marketing with excellent communication, analytical and customer orientation skills.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.What you ?ll be doing :Maintains, develops and recognizes Key Accounts / prospects.Manages the total sales efforts within the hotel & the area sales office to generate pro-actively revenue.Provides guidance and direction in the development of segment action plans.Maintains good co-ordination and information flow with the Rooms Division, Financial Controller/ Credit team.Develops sales strategies, prepares forecast & budget implementation.Monitors Accor systems and support and impact the Sales & marketing teamMaintains on a regular basis the contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and is involved with all the agreements/contracts the hotel has with major Key Accounts/Tour Operators, etc.Aware of the market trends from all the existing and potential feeders.Your experience and skills include:Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
