Job Description

Job brief:As an Organizational Development Intern at VentureDive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR and OD teams to gain hands-on experience in the field of organizational development. This internship will provide you with a valuable learning experience, allowing you to contribute to projects that shape our companys culture, employee development, and overall success.VentureDive Overview:Founded in 2012 by veteran technology entrepreneurs from MIT and Stanford, VentureDive is the fastest growing technology company in the region that develops and invests in products and solutions that simplify and improve lives of people world-wide. We aspire to create a technology organization and an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region that are recognized as second to none in the world.Requirements:

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining training-related data and records.
  • Collaborate with the OD team to plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help in the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
  • Support internal communication efforts related to Learning and OD initiatives.
  • Assist in creating information about training programs and engagement activities.
  • Branding of initiatives, researching new ideas and executing them to increase internal and external reach.ÿ
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • Can come to the office 2 to 3 days a week (Wednesdays are mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • An interest in learning and development in a corporate setting.
