All candidates work with an experienced mentor who can help guide them and ensure that their output is in line with our clients expectations.We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to assist with growing and supporting our team in Karachi.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing software house who has a strong international presence. We are continuing to expand due to high demand for our services.Your role will include:

  • End to end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Strategic thinking around looking at how we go to market, the funnel, the internal interview process, opportunities for efficiencies and challenging constructively to build in improvements.
  • Managing candidates professionally through the process.
  • Transactional day-to-day recruitment of open positions.
  • Administration of recruitment and some support for global mobility matters.
You will provide essential expertise and work closely with the Leadership Team on talent attraction activities for the Karachi office.QualificationsTo be successful in the role you will have:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in technology recruitment. Previous experience in professional services would be ideal however is not essential.
  • Familiarity with roles in a˙software company is appreciated.
  • Some prior exposure to HR administrative tasks is ideal.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, we use SmartRecruiters.
  • Strong communication skills, credibility, the ability to build trust, high emotional intelligence, collaborative, cultural awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A positive attitude, drive and the ability to think resourcefully.
  • Effective relationship management skills, able to build networks and influence stakeholders.
  • High integrity, a ?can do? attitude, problem solver, a self-starter and a team player.
  • An inquisitive nature, bringing new thinking and discipline to get things done well in a timely manner.
  • Advanced skills with the GSuite˙and .˙
