- Cleaning Supervisor:Supervise and manage the daily cleaning operation in consultation with the VP Facility. Identify the number of cleaning staff required to maintain a clean facility environment within the set annual budget. Monitor stocks of cleaning equipment and materials in order to place orders on a timely basis.?- Facility SupervisorSupervise the facility support services by monitoring facility staff, property tenants, vendors, and contractors. Oversee maintenance and cleaning work orders as well as other services to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Handle any event of a facility emergency by activating facility emergency action plan.?- Electrical TechnicianInstall and maintain wiring and lighting systems and inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance to identify and repair electrical problems.?- AC TechnicianProvide skilled service in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems at various stations of the facility.- Carpenter:Execute the daily maintenance and operation of Carpentry system by constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures such as stairways, doorframes, partitions, and rafters made from wood and other materials.??
