We are currently looking for a System Support Engineer based in KSA to join our LIWA team in Jeddah.The Role:

Experience in working with Store IT equipment/devices and different technologies.
Experience in sales posting, data synchronization and exchange process between Store POS system and HO server.
Experience in installing and configuring POS machines and Desktops.
Ability to perform and deliver under difficult circumstances and should be able to meet deadlines.
Working knowledge on Navision ERP System.
Handle support calls in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide first-level support to service requests.
Escalate complex support requests to relevant IT staffs for resolutions.
Understand support problems, analyze problem data and determine appropriate solutions.
Taking responsibilities on day to day IT related activities.
Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems.
Assist in development and enhancement of IT systems.
Assist in Procurement in IT Assets
Assist in to manage IT Fixed Asset Registers
