Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Management of all Retail channels including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Ecommerce utilizing the Distributor sales and merchandising team.
Own the sales plan using multiple tools such as trade promotions, visibility, distribution.
Review performance weekly and ensure accurate and timely forecasting of Distributor sales within the standard operating process. Present monthly the opportunities and risks during business reviews with senior management.
Key account management including budget control and execution of promotional plans
Open new customers in all channels with new business development agreements and long-term growth objectives
