Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, passionate and energetic procurement manager to lead our procurement team for the KSA market. You will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.Core Competencies:

  • Work alongside Procurement Global Lead to innovate procurement strategies while maintaining cost-effectiveness for the KSA Market.
  • Source, engage and develop a reliable suppliers and vendors list for KSA.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms as per Project requirements.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility and cost effectiveness.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Organize and Approve purchase orders and delivery of goods and services for KSA Projects.
  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
  • Analyse the procurement budget and promote practices and a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  • Overseeing and managing the systems in place to track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
  • Preparing procurement reports on a project-to-project basis.
