Job Summary??Shortlisting locations (as per guidelines) for lab collection site within timeline.Site selection, negotiating, property management and contracts management,Manage all new branches readiness and ensure opening as the companys standard on time.Job Responsibilities?- prepare list of location city wise for starting of lab and Collection site- Search and negotiate for new sites- Review the site preparation to match the companys standards- Implement the opening and relocation plans.- Plan and execute the equipment regulation- Finding potential locations for a new branch?- Negotiating with current landlords for reducing rent.- Following up with both parties to finalize contracts.- Review contracts for new location.- Update contracts with current Landlords.- Checking all needs and requirements for the new sites.- Communicating with property landlords in case of any operational needs for the branch.- Willing to travel to other cities if job needed.- Analyzing area elements and area prices.- Good connection with real state agents.- Area of knowledge (geographically, location, prices, population)
