Job Description

Job PurposeLead in close coordination with sales field management and in compliance with our Internal Control standards to develop sales capability via comprehensive training agenda, best practice tools transfer, and system development by leading the implementation and sustainment of field ready sales tools to ensure the development of front line to sustain business and fuel our growth.Responsibilities

  1. Implement and sustain the Frontline Sales Management Process (FLSMP), Ownership on Route (OOR) Leadership on Route (LOR), Reward & Recognition (R&R) and Change Agent Program through Best Practice tools, consistent Health Checks and field audits to ensure complete compliance to the ATU (Advantaged Territory University) and Sales Capability Development agenda.
  2. Improve the productivity and efficiency of the routes and the frontline sales resources through implementation of effective GTM Models, best practice tools, Time Optimization for Productive Routes (TOPR) and technological support (Route Re-engineering, Dynamic Routing, etc.) and other relevant initiatives.
  3. Implement the Control Agenda for the OTC cycle in conjunction with the Process and Control Owners to drive efficient and effective sustainable internal controls.
  4. Managing the Halwani Bros Frontline Development agenda through implementation of FLSMP, OOR, LOR, through coordinating, organizing and execution of the training schedule in alignment with CA and external providers.
  5. Ensure proper roll-out and sustain the implementation of ATU.
  6. Rollout and execute the Change Agents agenda to improve sales capability of the frontline through a sustained coaching culture.
  7. Lead and manage an orientation program for new comers to ensure frontline staff is ready before engaging the market (Route activities, Customer Service, Product handling, Work ethics etc.) Customer Service, Product handling, Work ethics etc.)
  8. Support the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion Agenda with special focus to achieve Saudization objective in the organization.
  9. Lead and implement the round table agenda and implement the agreed action plan arising out of the discussion.
  10. Implement and sustain the TOPR program so as to improve the efficiency and productivity of the routes through executing, tracking and communicating the progress.
  11. Work closely with frontline sales management in order to plan and implement routing in order to improve route productivity through utilization of best practice tools and technology.
  12. Ensure implementation of company initiatives and tracking tools like monthly freshness Report, competition activities monitoring, On shelf availability, racks deployment process, CDA implementation promotions execution etc.
