What you will be doing:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team.
A guest-oriented attitude, putting people at the heart of everything.
An outgoing, friendly and empathic personality.
Outstanding communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Being a natural problem-solver.
Your experience and skills include:
2 Years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
Full proficiency in English and German (Russian is a plus).
Computer literacy.
Ability to work in semi-remote areas
