Employment: Full Time Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Kitchen Porter for a luxury Private Residence based in the Middle East. We are looking for extremely well-spoken and presented candidates with experience within a 5* Hospitality outlet.Key Responsibilities:Developing your skills in cooking and always maintain a positive attitude.Work when and were required within all areas of the catering department.Listen carefully to instructions given by senior staff and carry out duties in a responsible timely manner without hesitation.Food preparation and service with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and timing.Carry out the cleaning procedures and hygiene practices, according to HACCP requirements.Maintain good personal hygiene ensuring that a high standard of personal grooming is adhered to.Ensure all kitchen types of equipment are well maintained, regularly checked and report any problems to the chef in charge of maintenance.Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform provided.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) where implemented at all times.To monitor stock movement and be responsible for your sectionBe flexible and willing to help all areas of the kitchen without directionPackage Details:Accommodation: Live-In AccommodationAdditional Benefits: Medical Insurance, Flight Allowance, 1 Months Vacation Per Annum REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications / Experience needed to apply for the position:Can-do attitudeMust be able to work hard and work with a teamExcellent English SkillsWillingness to learnPrevious experience in a similar position
