Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a SharePoint Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, design, and development. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure. Experience with SharePoint customization using tools like SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visual Studio. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate are a plus. Experience with SharePoint migration, integration with other systems, and hybrid environments is desirable.
