Job Title :Commercial Insurance ExecutiveLocation : DubaiExperience :3-5 Years RENEWALS & POLICY SERVICING (INTERMEDIATE ROLE)ú Sending renewal intimation list to respective channels as per the protocols.ú Coordinating with accounts & claims department for past claims details pertaining to renewals.ú Preparing & reviewing of renewal notices and releasing to respective channels highlighting important information such as subjectivities/warranties/conditions etc.ú Preparation of policy summaries for portfolio renewals.ú Scrutinization of the renewal information receive from clients & coordinating with marketing coordinators for any discrepancies.ú Negotiating with insurer for coverage upgrades, discounts, cover extensions etc.ú Arranging alternate quotes for existing renewals & arrange coverage comparisons/recommendations based on the requirement.ú On time renewal placements to insurers, arrange cover confirmations, insurance certificates, bank endorsement & policy documents as per the department protocols.ú Checking the correctness of the renewal documents based on the instructions & coordinate with insurers for any discrepancies.ú Coordinating with Document Processing Team for system entries for respective renewals.ú Ensure that all the regulatory documents are followed up, collected & verified prior to placement of the renewal.ú Evaluate risk control programs received from insurers & coordinate with clients/marketing team for timely completion.ú Assisting team supervisor & other team members whenever required.ú Working on Non-Motor endorsements requests received from clients/marketing team. Requirement :ú 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance for PIL, PAR, WR.ú Preferred from insurance broker experience.ú Good interpersonal and negotiation skillsú Excellent written and verbal communication skillsú Strong leadership, planning and organizational skillsú Analytical and problem-solving skillsú Ability to handle stress.
