Coordinate stakeholder functions for client?s development team on behalf of WSP.
Coordinate and manage the stakeholder requirements within the team and similarly communicate the team requirements and objectives with the specific statutory authority/stakeholders
Review and apprise design applications to authorities for approval, permits, NOC, conflicts, and other design related approvals required for developments construction permits.
Monitor and report on the status of all submissions, meetings, and any other relevant authority engagements.
Prepare and review Consultants and Contractors stakeholder management plans.
Manage key stakeholder interfaces and prepare process flow charts related to approvals.
Input into projects design program permitting timelines and advice strategies to deliver a compliant design as per authority procedures.
