Job Description

Work with the Corporate Affairs team to establish a pragmatic approach to internal and external relations with our stakeholders.Lead the development and maintenance of a dedicated portal that can consolidate and track engagement with prospect and existing clientsGeneric Accountability

  • Implement the approach for an effective coordination with various strategic stakeholders through engagement initiatives and protocols
Job Specific Accountabilities
  • Implement partners relations strategy, plan, and roadmap
  • Lead the development and implementation of a pragmatic approach to internal and external relations with our stakeholders
  • Lead the maintenance of a dedicated portal that can consolidate and track engagement with prospect and existing clients
  • Lead the delivery and execution of all the incubated group projects across all its verticals
  • Manage the establishment and tracking of metrics that link the Strategic Partnerships function in alignment with FABs overall stakeholder landscape
  • Keep track of an updated list of a comprehensive list of stakeholders and partners with their classification (e.g., strategic, operational, regulatory)
  • Lead and manage the delivery of the stakeholder engagement map including engagement initiatives and plans across all communication channels
  • Support the team in stakeholder outreach initiatives, dialogue, and other forms of engagement initiatives to develop and nurture relationships with the strategic stakeholders
Qualifications
  • A degree or relevant professional qualification or proven relevant experience which includes project and events management.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience of working in partnerships, corporate affairs or protocol
