SummaryYou will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatts Purpose and Valuesthroughout the hotel.Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
