The Work Preparator is responsible for preparing and organizing materials, documentation, and work plans required for production processes or project execution. The role ensures that all necessary resources are ready, accurately documented, and aligned with safety and quality standards to facilitate smooth operational workflows.Key Responsibilities:Review and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to prepare required materials and documentation.Organize and prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed for production or project tasks.Coordinate with various departments to ensure availability of resources and timely delivery.Maintain accurate records of prepared work documentation and materials.Ensure all preparations adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Assist in setting up workstations and ensuring they are ready for operational use.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work status and requirements.Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in materials or documentation.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or project preparation is preferred.Good organizational and coordination skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication skills.
