Job Description

Qualifications:High School / Diploma / Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fieldKnowledge of inventory management and warehouse operationsExperience:Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or in inventory managementExperience in handling materials, spare parts, or consumables in industrial, construction, or retail sectorsKey Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods in the warehouseMaintain accurate records of stock levels, locations, and movementsIssue materials and supplies to departments as per requestsConduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliationCoordinate with procurement and purchasing teams for timely replenishmentEnsure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damageMaintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouseReport discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisorUse inventory management software or manual logs to track stock
