Store KeeperJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Receiving and Inspecting Materials: Receive incoming materials from suppliers, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, and ensure proper labeling and storage.•Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s inventory management system and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.•Material Handling: Keep the store environment clean and organized.•Issuing Materials: Issue materials to production lines based on production orders, verify the accuracy of requisitions, and ensure proper documentation.•Stock Rotation: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to ensure the use of the oldest materials first.•Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages or overstocks, and assist in developing inventory control strategies.Required Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•Experience: Minimum of 3 years of storekeeping experience in the UAE.•Proficient in inventory management and accounting principles.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
