The selected candidate will be responsible for handling core HR operations, supporting employee well-being, and contributing to the development and execution of effective HR policies and practices across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding processesServe as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring healthy and positive employee relationsConduct performance evaluations and collaborate with management to address performance gaps and implement improvement plansDraft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and UAE labor regulationsCoordinate with the accounting team by providing accurate attendance records and timesheets for payroll, leave salary, and end-of-service settlementsManage group medical insurance policies and workmen’s compensation insurance requirementsEnsure HR operations comply with UAE labor laws and internal company guidelinesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant disciplineAt least 5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer position within the UAEStrong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
