Job Description

As a Sales Executive with experience in Last Mile/Logistics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting the companys Logistic services in the UAE market. This role requires a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge of the Last Mile and logistics industry, and experience working in GCC Market.Key Responsibilities:Sales Volume:

  • Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for the assigned area of operation.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to improve and maintain the company and brand image.
  • Strive to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Ensure to covert your portfolio to our clients
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem resolution, and personalized service.
  • Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Company Sales and Prospecting Systems:
  • Adhere to the companys established sales and prospecting systems.
  • Achieve or exceed targets for the number of prospects logged, contributing to the expansion of the customer/prospect base.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to efficiently manage and track sales activities.
Improvement and Upgrading:
  • Continuously update knowledge of the product range, features, and general trends in the logistics and automotive industry.
  • Stay informed about technical developments, market trends, and selling techniques.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills.
Portfolio Conversion:
  • Ensure the successful conversion of Existing and assigned portfolios to clients to expand pipeline base.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field
  • Mandatory more than 2 years relevant experience in Last Mile , logistics ,e-commerce, sales, and/or supply chain industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Established network of contacts and clients in the UAE freight and logistics industry.
  • Experienced in logistics businesses and operations principles and practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure.
