Sales Coordinator (Plastic Department)Job Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Over 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator within the Plastic Department.•Candidates with a Chemistry background and experience in the plastic industry are preferred.•Handle Export/Import operations, including managing LC (Letter of Credit) documentation.•Possess comprehensive knowledge of Import, Export, Road, and Vessel Shipments.•Provide excellent Customer Service and follow up on client requests and inquiries.•Coordinate payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of payments.•Assist with coordination and collaboration across different departments for order processing.•Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper tracking and documentation.•Manage the onboarding and offboarding of goods, ensuring timely supply to different countries while adhering to shipment timelines.•Handle advance payments, manage any escalations, and maintain detailed records of transactions.•Be fully aware of the pros and cons of the role and document the skill set required for managing polymer commodities.Key Requirements:•Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role, preferably within the plastic or chemical industry.•A Chemistry background is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of plastic materials and their applications.•In-depth knowledge of Import/Export procedures, shipping logistics, and LC documentation.•Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.•Proficiency in documentation management and following up on payments and shipments.•Must have experience working with UAE-based companies and be familiar with local market dynamics.
