We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will assist with sales administration, customer communication, and coordination activities to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate sales processes.Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.Track sales targets and prepare sales reports for management review.Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth onboarding processes.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns.Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
