With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Sales Coordinator you will support, enable, and drive the sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. Through strategically implemented tools and engagement techniques, and to enable them to focus more on selling to drive business results. You will be responsible for assisting in monitoring sales activity through regular spot checks, CRM review and account activity reviews as set up by the HOD.What will you be doingLead Management:

  • Maintaining and managing sales database, taking ownership of documentation.
  • Actively research social media, government database etc. for potential new clients
  • Verifying of the existing pools and assign the active client to the BDMs based on location and language preferences as per rotations.
  • Offering support in maintaining, updating, and editing client?s information.
After Sales Support
  • Providing any assistance with onboarding/queries related to internal liaison or external liaison for sales account managers
  • Assist with client data gathering regarding health and quality metrics and post-sales support, including general administrative support to maximize the productivity of our Sales Team.
Technical Support and Ops Support
  • Serving as the sales team?s liaison to tech and operation teams to gather feedback and reporting issues.
  • Liaison with product team for features and value add on services for effective execution.
Contracts and Payments
  • Follow up on defaulted payment and work alongside finance and sales for prompt resolution.
  • Actively monitor contracts pipeline and work alongside relevant stakeholders for smother client onboarding.
Business Enablement
  • Sales ops takes part in training, onboarding, and educating the new and current sales managers in our systems set up, methodologies and processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Share reporting?s on sales performance to provide insights in order to streamline the processes.(Reviewing stale accounts and rotation, maintaining the incoming log, sale cycle length and closing ratio).
  • Utilize all business tools made available to you, such as Sales CRM, Learning Management System,Product updates etc.
  • Keep up to date with real estate industry laws and local industry news, sharing this information with your team and clients as appropriate.
