Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring revenue targets are met while consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, potential clients, and business opportunities within the aviation sector.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed on industry developments.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the aviation industry through various channels, including industry events, online platforms, and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including aviation industry professionals, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our aviation solutions.
  • Develop and present customized proposals tailored to the unique needs of prospective clients.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of leads and opportunities to the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business sales development within the aviation industry or any related field.
  • Previous roles in aviation such as a pilot, flight dispatcher, airport supervisor, or similar positions are highly desirable. Your firsthand experience in the industry will be a valuable asset in understanding and meeting the unique needs of our clients.
  • Strong understanding of aviation products/services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
