Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and guidelines for villa construction projectsConduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standardsEnsure that all workers adhere to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Organize and deliver safety training programs to workers and subcontractorsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actionsMaintain safety records, documentation, and reports as required by local authoritiesLiaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety regulations are followed at all stages of the projectEnsure compliance with local safety regulations and standards set by the UAE governmentQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in safety management within the UAE construction sector, specifically villa projectsValid UAE Health and Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations, standards, and construction practicesExperience in conducting safety audits, training, and incident investigationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
