Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and policies.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on-site and in the office.Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.Lead safety training sessions for staff and subcontractors.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with UAE Safety Regulations, OSHA standards, and client safety requirements.Maintain safety documentation and record-keeping.Promote safety awareness and best practices among all personnel.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.Valid UAE Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in construction.Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and standards.Excellent communication and training skills.
