Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests. This role involves providing excellent customer service, adhering to safety standards, and supporting the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel.Key Responsibilities:Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.).Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, carts, and linen rooms.Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per health regulations.Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service.Keep track of cleaning schedules and report completion to supervisors.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.Attention to detail and cleanliness.
