The RERA & DLD Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations. The role involves coordinating all necessary documentation, approvals, and registrations related to real estate transactions, licensing, and property management. The coordinator acts as a liaison between the company, government authorities, clients, and legal teams to facilitate smooth operations within regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications for property registrations, licensing, and other DLD/RERA requirements.Maintain updated records of all transactions, permits, licenses, and approvals.Liaise with Dubai Land Department, RERA, and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance.Coordinate with legal, sales, and management teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.Monitor changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments.Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to property registration and licensing.Organize and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams regarding regulatory procedures.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate regulatory compliance, DLD, or RERA coordination.Knowledge of Dubai Land Department processes, regulations, and procedures.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate management software.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
