Job Description

Receptionist cum Administrative AssistantResponsibilities:•Greeting Visitors & Answering Calls : Welcome clients, guests, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answering calls and providing necessary information.•Scheduling Appointments: Arrange and manage appointments for staff or executives.•Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized.•Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.•Document Management: Handle filing, record-keeping, and document retrieval, ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.•Financial Tasks: Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking; sometimes handle petty cash.•HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and updating HRMS systemsRequirements:•Education: Bachelor’s (Required)•MS Excel (Pivot table & Vlookup) experience is a must.Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per monthJob Location: UAE
