ReceptionistJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities :•Taking and managing new reservations, including adding them to SevenRooms, is also part of your duties.•Handle members and guests enquiries or requests, providing accurate assistance or information to meet their needs.•Record cancelled/refused/waiting lists with reasons for cancellation/refusal and follow up on details.•Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with relevant parties, ensuring flexibility to exceed guests expectations.•Stay updated on all Clubs members and refresh your knowledge constantly.Requirements :•A minimum of 2 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.•Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.•Strong organisational and time management skills with high flexibility.•Excellent communication and listening skills.•Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain confidentiality.•Ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty.•Flexibility to work long shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
