Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.Monitor and control project costs throughout construction.Prepare and evaluate tender bids and contractual agreements.Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding pricing and contractual issues.Manage variations, claims, and payments.Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Previous experience in quantity surveying or cost management.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards.Good communication and organizational skills.
