Purchase AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Assist the purchasing team in sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and securing quality materials and services.•Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.•Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and manage restocking schedules.•Track and follow up on deliveries, ensuring on-time arrivals and resolving any issues with vendors.•Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information in the company’s procurement system.•Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.•Analyze vendor performance and provide feedback for supplier selection and retention decisions.Skills :•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.•Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).•Ability to assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.•1+ years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
