Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of oil & gas projects from initiation to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirementsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teamsEnsure compliance with ADNOC standards, safety regulations, and industry best practicesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesManage client relationships and communicate project status effectivelyOversee contract administration, change management, and procurement activitiesConduct project reviews and ensure deliverables meet quality standardsRequirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas project management, with ADNOC project experience preferredADNOC project approval and certification is mandatoryStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)Sound knowledge of ADNOC standards, safety protocols, and industry regulationsAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple stakeholders
