Roles and Responsibilities:Ownership:Assist the Project Managers to develop the project plansIn advance of the project commencement load all projects onto the JLL OVPConstantly monitor the progress of all projects under their controlEnsure regular review of dataProvide analytics reviewCollate and review supply chain quotesUnderstand the local client’s key business driversSupport the FM and Clients team to upload small works where applicable to OVPClient/Stakeholder ManagementServes as primary point of contact for JLL for the JPMC Account with regards to projectsAccountable for the OVP is regularly updated to meet contractual obligations of JLL for the JPMC AccountManage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organizationWork with the project managers to plan, schedule and constantly review the capital planworks and especially those allocated to JLLWork with the FM team to develop a plan, schedule and consistently review the BAU/small works planDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Client’s business and key factorsinfluencing their requirement for our servicesFinancial ManagementWork with the project managers/owners to collate, review and upload quotes for projectsProvide reports and gaps in project financial processHelp support the agreed country growth targets for their sub-regions.Develop and understanding of the services provided by Jones Lang LaSalle. Identifyopportunities to cross-sell services and make recommendations for growth.Contract ManagementEnsure all aspects of the role are adherence to the contractResponsible for the reporting of key performance indicators, service levels and other measuresEscalation of requirement for change and ensure change control process is adopted and implementedOperationsTo facilitate the transfer of information for projects delivered under the IFM contract throughout EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)To keep information on OVP up to dateTo transcend some of the OVP skills to the general working team in order to help assist collaboration and efficiencyTo organise communications according to time zones and to integrate with the 19-20 Project Managers that host the projects throughout EMEATo report with clarity and precision to members of the teamCANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIAIdeal Experience:Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar roleHas experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities’ knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risksHas experience in translating client needs into existing or new business growthCritical Competencies for SuccessTechnical CompetenceUnderstands Technical Processes for project coordinationThe reporting of all financial aspects of the projectQuest for ExcellenceThe delivery optimization and continuous improvementPerformance Management of the project management teamProject Management & Organizational SkillsPlanning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlinesYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
