Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.• 6+ years of experience in a production engineering role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity within the heavy vehicles/trailers/tankers industry.• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation.• Solid knowledge of manufacturing equipment, welding standards, materials, and production flow.• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
