Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in road and infrastructure projects within the UAE.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and tendering procedures.Familiarity with UAE standards, procurement regulations, and local market vendors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFIs, and tenders for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors.Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain procurement documentation and track procurement metrics.Liaise with project managers to understand procurement needs and specifications.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
