Coordinate procurement activities across multiple PureHealth entities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements, specifications, and procurement needs.Prepare, issue, and evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and purchase orders in compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and performance assessments to ensure optimal vendor selection.Ensure adherence to internal controls, budgetary constraints, and relevant regulatory standards throughout the procurement cycle.Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and developments within the healthcare and construction sectors.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions and contribute to reporting and analytics efforts.Support vendor relationship management, including issue resolution related to supply chain disruptions or delivery delays.Oversee contract implementation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestone compliance.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management (e.g., CIPS, CPM) are advantageous.3-5 years of experience in healthcare procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.Proven experience in engineering procurement and vendor management.Sector-specific experience in healthcare construction, facilities management (FM), or (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, tendering procedures, and contract administration.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs).Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.Strong analytical skills in cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and risk mitigation.
