Looking for a PRO cum Admin Officer to join our team and play a key role in managing our government-related documentation and day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in UAE labor and immigration procedures.Key Responsibilities:– Handle all PRO tasks, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.– Liaise with government departments (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality) and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.– Maintain up-to-date records of all employee documents (passports, visas, Emirates IDs, etc.).– Manage trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, and company legal documents.– Support general office administration including filing, procurement, and HR coordination tasks.– Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees with proper documentation processes.– Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.Requirements:– Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar PRO/Admin role in the UAE.– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government portals (e.g., Tasheel, GDRFA, MOHRE).– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.– Proficiency in MS Office.– Good communication skills in English.– Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.– Filipino – prefferedSalary: 5,000 to 5,500 AED
