The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules for ADNOC oil & gas projects. The role requires extensive experience in planning and scheduling within ADNOC projects, ensuring project milestones are met, and coordinating with various project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather progress updates and ensure schedule accuracy.Prepare and present progress reports, earned value analysis, and schedule forecasts to senior management.Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, procedures, and project-specific requirements.Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.Facilitate schedule meetings and coordinate project planning activities.Maintain a detailed record of project changes, delays, and variations affecting the schedule.Support project cost control and resource planning activities.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience using Primavera P6 and other project management software.Strong understanding of ADNOC project standards, procedures, and safety regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
