Job Description

Responsibilities:Coordinate patient care schedules and homecare visits, ensuring timely service delivery.Maintain patient records, files, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.Assist in onboarding, training, and administrative support for healthcare staff.Manage HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and staff for queries and support.Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate with healthcare providers.Prepare reports related to patient care, staff performance, and administrative activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare standards, and safety regulations.Handle communication with insurance providers and billing departments when required.Support continuous improvement initiatives in patient care services and office operations.Qualification & Experience:Qualification: Graduate in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, HR, or related fieldExperience: 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, homecare coordination, or HR support roles
