Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and presenting French and Italian pastries, cakes, and dessertsFollow established recipes to create high-quality desserts with precisionEnsure cleanliness and organization of the pastry sectionAssist with inventory control and stock managementMaintain food safety and hygiene standards at all timesSupport senior pastry chefs in the creation of new dessert itemsMonitor the quality of ingredients and ensure proper handling and storageRequirements:Previous experience as a Pastry Commis or in a similar role with a focus on French and Italian dessertsStrong knowledge of French and Italian pastry techniques and ingredientsPassion for creating high-quality, visually appealing dessertsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environmentA culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
