Al Ramz Capital L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, back-office transactions, reporting, and performance management within the organization. This role ensures the integrity of financial processes while supporting smooth operations across departments.Key Responsibilities:Financial Operations:Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial operations, including auctioning and processing transactions between accountsProduce reports, verify information, and reconcile balancesReview accounting functions including accounts management, revenue accounting, and collection monitoringBack Office Transaction:Supervise back-office transactions by gathering client requirements, following up with brokers, and checking client accountsPrepare regular reports to support daily trading transactionsEnsure regularity of transactions and provide reports and confirmations to clientsDocumentation & Controls:Supervise documentation from Customer Care Officers and Broker RepresentativesEnsure adequate controls to prevent insider tradingReport Management / Reporting:Review daily management information reports and formulate commissions for invoicingDevelop periodic reports, financial plans, and client reviews for Head of Finance and OperationsMonitor credit transactions against approved limits and submit reports to ManagementMIS & Performance:Assist in developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS)Support business performance management mechanismsTechnical Assistance:Provide technical support, including research on listed securities, managed funds, market conditions, and government regulationsSettlement:Prepare payments for settlement dues and compute daily net broker positionsAssist in ensuring all settlement obligations are met on timeCoordinate with brokers regarding trading limits, approvals, and deviationsLiaison:Effectively interact with all internal departments, Customer Care Team, Brokerage, and Branch OfficesCompetencies / Skills:Strong knowledge of finance and stock market tradingHigh-level understanding of back-office requirementsExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicStrong analytical, judgmental, and interpretative skillsHigh-level IT proficiency
