The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. They develop and implement operational policies, manage teams, optimize processes, and coordinate across departments to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics; identify areas for improvement.Lead and supervise department managers and staff.Manage budgets, resources, and logistics to optimize productivity.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with other departments such as HR, finance, and sales to streamline processes.Handle vendor relationships and negotiations.Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.5+ years of experience in operations management or related roles.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
