Key Responsibilities:– Schedule and coordinate elective and emergency surgical procedures.– Maintain accurate OR schedules and update changes promptly.– Liaise with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams to confirm availability.– Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.– Support the OR management team with reporting and performance indicators.Qualifications:– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.– Minimum 2 years’ experience in OR scheduling or hospital operations.– Strong organizational and communication skills.– Proficiency in hospital information systems and scheduling software.– Arabic would be added advantage.
